1. Overview
BuiltforAI, LLC ("BuiltforAI," "we," "us") operates builtfor.ai, its subdomains, and a number of affiliated properties (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to the Services that link to it. Individual properties may post supplemental notices where their practices differ.
2. Information you give us
Contact details you submit through forms — such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message or inquiry.
Account information, where a Service requires an account.
Any other information you choose to provide, including information you enter into an assistant or search feature.
3. Information collected automatically
Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Cookies and similar technologies: we use strictly necessary cookies to run the Services, and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
4. Health and sensitive information
Some Services address health conditions, prescriptions, or pharmacy benefits. Unless a specific Service states otherwise in a separate notice or agreement, BuiltforAI is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, and information you submit through general web forms is not protected health information under that law.
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive health information through general contact forms. Where a Service is designed to handle such information, it will say so and will present the applicable terms at the point of collection.
5. How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to respond to inquiries; to send information you request, including launch notifications you sign up for; to monitor and protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; to analyze aggregate usage; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. AI systems and your inputs
Certain Services use artificial intelligence to retrieve, summarize, and generate content. Queries you submit may be processed by third-party model providers under contract with us in order to return a response.
We do not authorize those providers to use your inputs to train their general-purpose models. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into any assistant or search field.
7. Service providers
We rely on third parties for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
8. Legal disclosure
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or a security incident.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Inquiry records are generally retained for up to twenty-four months.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from any notification email using the link it contains. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

12. International visitors
