These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by BuiltforAI, LLC ("BuiltforAI," "we," "us"), including builtfor.ai and its subdomains and affiliated properties (collectively, the "Services").

The Services, including all software, text, design, graphics, data compilations, and trademarks, are owned by BuiltforAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

No rights are granted other than those expressly stated. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILTFORAI AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuiltforAI and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
